I'm going to port my wastegate and was wondering do I need to re-tune my PFC, or make some adjustments ?

Porting the WG just helps to reduce boost creep. If your car is maintaining a set boost level, then there is no need to port the WG. If your boost is creeping out of control, which would require the WG porting, then your car is not fully tuned anyway.

So basically, if your car is currently tuned to a specific boost level, then NO, porting the WG will not require a retune.
