On a side note...are there any GOOD and reasonably priced headlight kits available these days? Non flip up and keeping the same lines. Good performance at night is a must, and it has to look great.

I know this thread is old but I was wondering if there was an update on your car?

I just read the whole thing and I want to do the swap now.

How much do you think it would cost for the swap if I kept the motor stock and just got everything up and running. Any major issues that you found that I should be aware of?

Back from the dead...I got motivated to go in the garage a few weeks back.

These are steel burnout flares I got from Rizwan 2 years ago!

Some more updates...steel flares were more work to put on than fiberglass ones!!

I cut open where the quarter transitions into the rocker and welded tabs to flare it out some and give a smoother radius where it goes into the rocker.

Aeroquip latches/hood pin. The gaps are horrible with all of these aftermarket parts. I'm fixing them now.

haha...thanks Seth. I'm glad I'm alive too!

Hey...everything is always for sale for the right price.

If you have interest in a particular color, better let me know soon! The whole car will be in primer this Sunday or Monday. Starting to see the light...
