New update. I spent over 4 hours porting my intake manifold and it turned out really nice. Going to flow like a **** now. I also sent my 48weber to Sean Geers and he bored the bottom to 51 and then converted the top half by boring out to fit weber 55dcoe venturi boosters and custom velocity stacks. Also had the float bowl mod done for more fuel. The carb turned out really nice and it's huge. Going to fire it up tomorrow and do some street tuning tomorrow.
Can you see my chokes? There in there.
Guess what size they are?
Going to take the car out to Irwindale this thursday or next, you know some of us actually run and race our cars instead of just keeping them in the garage.
Here are some pics.

Just got back from Irwindale. I Almost made a 7 second pass. My best time was an 8.075 @ 85.35mph. I still need to work on my launching and the 7 second pass will come. The new carb setup helped out alot. I went from 8.2 to 8.0 and from 83mph to 85mph. Here's the timeslip. I got vids too and I will post tomorrow after I edit- too damned tired right now.

New update. Just got my new front skinnies and ET drag front runner tires. These are Weld racing aluma star 2.0. Pictures do these things no justice. You have to wear sunglasses to look at them and the quality is top notch. I also have a set of Aerospace conversion front drag brake kit on the way. Should be here this week or next. Then it's off to the dragstip again.

Dave, got the brakes from www.theracingstore.com. They were 580 bucks. Takes 2-3 weeks to get after order placed. Hey, I never heard back from you the other week. Are you still interested in those parts?

Yeah, sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet. I have been real busy and I wanted to get these brakes first and see if I needed anything from the old one's. I'll send you a pm as soon as I find out how much shipping is.

Alright, I mounted the brakes and wheels and tires. I think I need to either lower the front a little or run a larger front tire. The tire I am running is 22.5x4.5x15 and I think maybe a 24" tire would look better with the stock suspension. Let me know what you guys think. Here's some pics.
