Not transferring the title in a certain amount of time is illegal.

Report it as stolen and tell the police where he lives, what a d-bag.

thanks guys!! I really appreciate your support in this matter.

Looks like he's not willing to work it out so it's time to play hardball.

Just had a meeting with the police today and got some very good advice. They took down all his info and the dads info. Car is in the system as stolen. (WA and OR)

Tomorrow I get some legal paperwork done and will have a meeting with some other sources.

It will cost me some money but it's worth it.
whether i get the car back or not, he will still suffer from his actions. (legally, of course)

Just so u guys know, the car has been damaged by Cody, so don't be surprised if you see my FC limping around .

Good work Shayla, and again, sorry. Will you be suing (sp?) him for the legal fees as well?

yea , doesnt matter if he took the car or wrecked it. you made a contract he signed, title is in your name and he has made payment on it in the past. even if he ripped it to shreds- you could go to cournt and still get your money. i say **** the little bastard and get your rx back its to pretty to be in sum dumbasses hands, and still get your money for the car :P
