RX8 13B-REW Swapped. Resonator?

Hey everyone, i do not post much in here. My build thread will be posted soon it will take a few hours for the thread alone, i have hundred's of pictures, however i am here to ask you guys a question...

I have a 2004 RX8 swapped 13b-rew, RUnning Stock RX8 6 Speed, its a HBP, running, GTX4202r, E85, full blown etc etc etc,

Car made 703whp @ 7000 RPM on E70 fuel, reading via Zeitronix flex fuel sensor, couldnt get to 8500RPM because vacuum lines kept blowing off, so i'm sure the car is close, or at 800whp

OK, So I have a 4" DP to 4" piping all the way back to a Apexi N1 Turbo Muffler. the car idles roughly between 1900-2000RPM. it is extremely loud and here in CA it can be both a good and bad thing lol. i want to quiet it down, I need some opinions on which resonators work best wiith high horsepower builds and don't blow out, also without really restricting or creating a butt load of backpressure! i was looking into Vibrant Resonators, and BHR resonator.... anyone have any input?

I have searched and didn't find much

Thanks.
- Giovanni

I had a 4 inch system on my 80mm halfbridge port and it was loud as f%&*&*(
I installed a racing beat resonator(the old school big oval canister)and it did quiet it a lot.

On my 13B-RE RX-8 I installed an Aero Turbine 4" resonator in the middle of the exhaust before it splits in at rear and it did wonders. Almost all droning gone, quite a few decibels less and still sounds great without any noticeable loss of power.

Cheers!

No adapter needed to use the Rx-8 transmission. They will bolt to any "typical" Mazda rotary. They use the usual push-type clutches though, so I'm not sure if the new clutch will bolt to the OEM REW flywheel or not, but that would be the extent of any issues you would face.
