Turbo II intake manifold on NA motor

I recently aquired a turbo II intake manifold all polished aluminum with all the rising RPM block off plates and wanted to know what my steps would be to swap it onto my NA motor

The Turbo intake has no actuators, valves, or rods for the 5th/6th ports to open/close , so in short there is no way to make them function.

For the air pump Assuming you are keeping your emissions systems youll need it, if you aren't there is no reason to have it. You'll be left with a split air pipe coming from the catalytic converter that will need to be removed and blocked off or just replace the stock with a straight pipe or high flow cat.

He uses the NA six port manifold in that build im looking to use the turbo II intake manifold. Its already ported to match up with the six port engine. Are there sleeves or anything in the actual block that i need to remove before installing the manifold? If so what are the steps i would take to do so? Also What other odds and ends would I need to think about other than relocating the harness for the MAF to the other side of the engine bay.

I can guide you on the the adaption of the turbo 2 LIM to the NA block. The other stuff will be up to you... I have actually modified a turbo 2 intake to a NA block by grinding out the ports and filling the casting holes with a "JB" weld type cement. Aluminum filling and milling would be optimum but I found that the "JB" weld to work fine. If your up to doing the labor I can guide you through the steps, or Aaron Cake does have a page on his site about the MOD. And yes the sleeves just slide out as long as there not rusted in or gunked up. Check out my weird NA block with a T2 intake and a strange carb adapter (I built) running...

The manifold has already been filled and ported. Are there going to be any extra things that im going to have to modify other than the throttle cable? What will i need to remove from the old manifold to put on the new one
