I used these links for some wiring info when I did my swap not too long ago.

You also have to wire a 12v source from the FC dash harness to the Fd engine harness for the injectors and solenoids if you're running sequential

Are you using the FC engine harness on the REW engine? You plan on running emissions and sequential on the turbos?

Banzai Racing's adapter patch harnesses are for using a PFC with a FC's emission harness, not intended for transplanting a REW into a FC.

I believe you would be better off by using the FD emission harness instead of 'upgrading' the FC one.

Thankfully, the S4 is pretty straightforward with this. When I did the Haltech in my car, all it's harness needed was power and ground. Everything was self-contained in it.

My suggestion is to get the FD and FC wiring diagrams and 'map out' both harnesses to get a better idea of where you are and want to go. With the right approach, it'll look like a factory wiring job.
