Can someone knowledgeable describe the logicon types and years run?
I have a logicon (defined as a push button type selector for vent settings) that has circular dial controls for temp (R) and for fan speed (L)
It is acting strangely, though it seems to function. I get an AC light when engaging the selector button.
Recirc also ups the fan speed, so it seems to work.
I get a light when the bi level is on.
Heat?
I DO NOT get a light when vent setting is pushed but do get vent (seems weak) and I did see the arm move to the vent position when i had the radio out and tried it.
I was able to remove and check the bulb and it looks OK so I think the logicon may have a problem with vent, it also seems that the drivers left upper vent is starved. The vent button does not click or engage, and does not light indicating it has been selected. Any suggestions? The model GSL-SE for 1985 had a short run and was unique in control type. I need help with understanding and diagnosing this setup.

Yeah, the FSM for 1985 shows a different set of vent controls, I think 3 different ones for 85. So I cannot find a good description or photo of it. No information on this rare edition of the vent system. I need info on how to remove the vent button set, how to repair it or information on how it controls the blower box. Please.
