A/C indicator light function?
Almost all the bulbs and LEDs on my climate control unit were burnt out. I replaced all the red/orange rectangle LEDs and the two incadescent bulbs.
Everything now works except the A/C indicator light. Can someone else confirm that the indicator turns on as soon as you press the A/C button? The manual says that the indicator turns on when A/C is on. Can the A/C button be on yet the A/C not on?
Thanks.

The light turns on when the a/C is on. Pretty straitforward.
The button can be pushed in and the A/C can still be off-the fan may be off or the pressure switch can have the system disabled for low charge. In this case, the light in the button will not come on.
If however the system is operational and will run when the button is pushed, then yes, the light should come on.

Thanks for the info. I'm pretty sure its not the LED itself - so now I have to figure out if its the fan or the pressure switch. When you say the fan is off, do you mean the blower motor that is controlled right below the AC button?
Sorry if these questions seem stupid, I don't have another RX7 to compare to and its -1 degree celsius outside so I can't tell if the AC is blowing cold air...everything is cold.
