well i have '80 shell with a '85 gsl 12a. i have two msd digital 6a boxes and blaster2 coils. i have tried to hook up but i cant seem to get it to fire over. this has takin me three months to try an figure out. the harness to engine isnt fuly hooked up. i do have alternator wired on but thats it. i have tried runnin it off the mag pick ups off the dizzy. i have tried to alter my ignitors with no luck as well. i can post pics if needed.

no sir you got a link? i have tried alot thus far. i jswapped the engine to this frame and im havin no fun. all wiring diagrams dont match. ive tried uk models cali models ect.

 

i am sold my rx7. but not before i smashed the windsheild this morning after realizing 4 months of tryin to get spark. boy it was satisfiying im out of the rx7 game

 

Dude I fixed my last rx7 that didn't get spark, and that was on an fc, and fb is way easier , much less complicated.

They're not junk, every car has problems, its people that don't properly modify and maintain their car that ruin it.

I replaced my cars entire main wiring harness by myself and whattaya know, it had spark.

The wiring harness on an fb is much less complex, you could of fixed it.

I'm looking for a new fb I built the engine right I still have it I still got the shell it was brought back to me I may end up rebuilding this car its not n bad shape I need help bro I'm being honest

 

Look for burnt wires and wires melted together, check your fuses too.

I couldn't figure out what the problem was on my old car to make it have no spark so I just got a parts car then replaced all the wiring harnesses, ecu, and all the relays, had extra coils etc just in case.
