Flames.... how do you do it and what is the best technique?

I'm a BIG fan of flames out the exhaust!
The best way I've found is, no cat and as straight through an exhaust as possible and rev it to redline then let off, the bring it back up and let off(repeat).
Bring it down to at least a few thousand RPM then back to redline, works a charm
