Crank No start

Alright, I'm trying this again. I was told that I'm not detailed enough in my last few post on the situation that I'm in. So I'm giving it another try.
The car is an RHD 1996 FD rx7 Manual with power fc ECU

Here is my situation:
last year the car just suddenly stop working. I wasn't getting any power to the ECU, not hearing fuel priming, not hearing any click on the main relay when it's turned on. but I do have a hazard, horn, and high-beam, blower, interior lights. no left/right signal, no dash light, power fc commander doesn't turn on
-Oh yeah the previous owner rewired the ignition power to the headlight switch ****. so even if I put the key on the ignition in the ON position I wouldn't get any power to the ECU. but the key on the ON position does turn on the hazard, horn, and high beam. putting the headlight switch on the low beam should turn on the power fc commander and turn on the dash light

Here is the stuff that i did so far:
Check the fuses main fuse box, interior fuse box -ALL GOOD Checked the relay Main relay, Circuit Opening relay -Good Checked the battery -Good I swaped the Old ecu to see if would behave differently - Nothing I did try to rewire the ignition sw form PIN 4C from the Ecu to a switch power source on the interior fuse box but I'm unsuccesful

Here is what I'm trying to do right now:
First I want to get rid of this kill switch that the previous owner did to the headlight switch to the normal key on position. So I would like to know where would i tap into

oh yeah does anyone have a translated JDM RHD service manual??? i would like to read the diagrams for where the wires goes to the ecu. The NA fd rx7 ecu seems to be different than the JDM ones, so that's really not helpful.

hopefully this time im detailed enough, this is all i know so far.

do you have a copy of the Power FC wiring diagram? if so, then just you can start by tracing the wires from the plug to wherever they terminate and document it for yourself.

as for the translated manual, my only thought would be to maybe contact Akagi's White Comet (i hope my memory got this right, if not, then apologies AWC ). i think he does projects like this, so maybe he has something already done that you can help.
