Decent numbers, kinda surprised @ the tq tho - expected it to be higher...

What else is gonna get you to 400? I'm aiming for 420-440 on my M3 after it gets a blower this summer

Well yeah -- long time.

Well with this type of blower it builds boost via rpm so it takes the whole rpm band to hit full boost. That is why alot of people go turbo but I like the blower because it is super simple and can be taken off in 5-6 hours and you would never know. Also it pulls harder and harder the higher the rpm and you will NEVER overboost and break a motor

How's married life treating you?

So anyone have ideas as to why it isn't idling?

It just dies on me as soon as i start it, but if i keep giving it gas then it is alright.

Anyone available friday to help out, i'm sure i can get beer if thats what it takes...lol

Centrifugal blower? They seem to be better for primarily street driven cars, you don't have the torque or fuel consumption of the roots but none of the complexity of a turbo.

Whats the fun if you can't break motors ;p
But yeah that's also why I'm choosing a blower rather than a turbo for the M3.

Can't complain about life - all good so far.

Yea, thats the problem i think...it was running fine and then i took it for a quick, and i mean quick spin up the driveway and back and then it wouldn't idle, it just shut off.

I have had it running for five minutes, giving it gas the entire time, and then it still shut off after that

I have no clue where to start now
