I don't know about easy to swap. Easier than the standard fittings for braided i suppose. The ones I used on my fuel system were a bear to get onto the fittings. Not quite as bad as making the braided hoses.

I priced out the difference and it's not much more to just do braided line with the tighter fittings. I think it was about $40 difference. I'll just do that and save myself the headache of fixing a leak after the fact. I think you might be right about them leaking on the push loc fiitings. At least with 120psi.

Sometimes it just takes someone to chime in and point out the obvious. Which seems to be that it isn't worth chancing it over $40.
I've been up to the NOPI a few times. It's to crowded for me though to be honest. It's a more a pain in the *** that anything.

Yea i think thats what i will end up doing. I just have to find one i like, and worth buying because i def need fenders and a hood and front bumper because of damage to the car prior to the car becoming mine.

And i understand what ya mean, but i don't have a lot of money tied up in my car, so i don't have "babysit" it, and wen i go with a bunch of classmates its rather fun!

I meant more of getting through the crowd to get into the track, getting through the crowd to get to the consession stand, getting through the crowd to get to t he pisser. Not really worried about baby sitting a car myself.

I'll prbably go.... I always end up there somehow.

Well after two hours at the body shop last night I still dont have my car... I called to see if it was ready for pick up and the guy said " yeah it looks great, we still have to wash it all up but we have one problem..... we cant get it to start." I already knew the problem.

They had flooded the motor so bad that Shrek and I had to get all new plugs before she would start. BTW Thanks SHREK! So hopefully today they'll let it run for a minute before they shut her down.

what do you think... at $80/hour I think from the 250 deductable I only owe them 90 bucks minus the 25 for new plugs so i should write them a check for $65? hahah I wish

Does anyone wanna try to get together say friday down here for some seafood and beer?

Catamarans on Solomon Island around 7:30 or 8. Dave if you wanna come down you can look around my engine bay all you want. I've gotta work on the seven untill then or else I would say I could do it earlier. Looking to replace the diff buschings, change out the tranny and diff fluid, and fix the ppf transmission problem.

Shrek--- you're going out tomorrow night after we work on the cars!
