WARNING: LONG POST, AND IT DOES CONTAIN PISTON TALK!!!!

I love car accidents!!! I flipped my wrangler last night in accokeek on Bryan Point RD. Took a turn to fast, actually underestimated the turn, went into other lane, smacked the brakes. Went up onto a embankement about knee high, smacked the front bumper on a telephone pole, and rolled onto it's side, and it smacked the pavement HARD!!!!!

Luckily though, I am not hurt, except for being really sore. No broken windows in the wrangler, everything was throw around inside. There is a VERY small amount of damage for having the passenger side of the truck weighing 3500 pounds hitting the pavement. Only have to replace both fenders, replace the door(or the door skin), and passenger side mirror. Also have to repair the soft top.

I dropped the F-bomb about 200 times though. Luckily, my folks were still up, they rushed down there with our neighbor and his F-250. Slapped a tow strap to the transfer case skid plate, and pulled it right over. Suspension did not bottom out when coming down either.

Did not call cops, no reason to, and did not call insurance company. Again, no reason to, damage is so minimal, I can repair it myself for about 300 bucks. Just turning a few damn bolts.

Only problem is the bitch won't start. I have NO dashboard lights, or the starter will not go. I am thinking it is a fuel cut off switch, or an ignition or clutch cutoff switch in case of a roll over. All fuses checked out fine, I have full power on the battery, all exterior and interior lights work, AC/heat work.

I will always own a wrangler now. And yes, I was wearing my seatbelt too!!!

Haha, yeah I know, **** happens. I got a bunch of **** for it at work also. I am impressed though, those fenders held up all the weight of the jeep, and the fenders were not even fucked up that much.

I haven't run at all with that setup / dyno. My fastest was a 12.9 somethin on street tires and my inept launch, was only like the 7th or 8th pass I ever made in the car.

Just because your lights come on does not mean that the main starter fuse/ relay is good. I dont know how the jeep is set up but on the rx7 when that goes out the lights and all still work it just wont kick the starter over.

Sweet photos!

Problem is I have absolutely no dash lights. So it is something internal in the dash. And when it comes to electrical I have no clue what to do. I can turn a wrench, but clueless when it comes to electrical.

Found out the problem actually. All fuses are intact and working. PCM is fucked up, so that is being replaced. Luckily it falls under warranty! 700 dollar part would kick my *** right now.

DAMN ROW! there's not even a trail there...LOL no rocks or anything, you cant drive your Jeep like your 7! Its like me getting out of my 7 and getting into my Ram has way more power but doesnt quite corner like the 7. So when will you be ready to wheel? now is a good time to get tube fenders for that. I still have some work to do to mine. once it gets warmer. BUt glad you are ok! very lucky though. Jeeps are tough HUH? i have seen jeeps do things I couldnt ever imagine, and keep on wheeling. well glad you are ok.

Thanks guys, I am perfectly fine. Pimpin' around the 94 F-150 for right now, I actually missed driving that truck. No radio in it, so it gives me time to think.

And yeah Heath, the jeep is tough as nails man. I am more than impressed. Next time I flip it I will be sure that I am offroading. Actually found out that somebody on nopistons.com lives in Culpepper in VA and might go down there for some trailing.

Actually the first thing I am buying is a god damn 9000lb winch, and a 5000lb push jack. Actually need to have the suspension and engine checked over before I drive it again. And the brakes also.

Could go with that, or a WARN winch, they are just uber expensive. And believe it or not, they just built a TSC on 301 in White Plains.

I saw a blue FD roll up in my street, who is you???

yeah Warn are expecive thats why i suggested the Super Winch. I do alot of checking before i drop alot of coin on something. and the super winch had just about the same specs as the Warns , but for less money. Yeha i have been meaning to go to TSC up there. in fact i will be up there today in my FB. what are you up to today?
