I should go by there and take a closer look at it. I am over there constantly going to CSM.

Whats with FdNewbie LLC? I thought Ramy was a nurse or surgeon or something. Since when did he go into the selling car part business full time?
A few months back I think. He had some plans to set up something to legally import skylines or something. I think he's still being a doctor tho. who knows...
If that's his actual business name I feel bad for him cuz it's lame :\

Anything that needs impact sockets is a hell of a lot more than $30. A cheap impact gun is at least $200.
I have one Sean but I don't loan tools. Justin is right about renting them though. You can do that. You will need some spring compressors too. Those are not to expensive. I think mine were under fifty from sears.

No Dave, I am talking about an impact gun. It was a cheap little one, but I am sure it will do the job perfectly fine. And if you use it a few times a year, I am sure it would do well, but if you constantly work with it, it probably won't last more than 3 months. I dunno if it's still 30 bucks though.
Home Depot rents them out, they rent everything out, not sure of cost though. Never had to do it.

I got them in...
It was wasn't that hard with the right tools.
buddy let me borrow an air compressor.
Mechanic next door let me borrow some old beat up air gun
that wasn't that strong and some serious elbow grease +5hours
i got them in.
check it out.. pic below.
Think it the suspension still needs to settle.
have any of you changed a clutch off jackstands?

The point you missed Justin is that a $30 impact gun does not generate enough torque to snap a standard socket. You said he needed to use impact sockets with that gun. I say again. Not necessary.
Sean the clutch can be done on jack stands too. Just drop the trans down on your chest and get someone to help you hold it up when you put it back on.

but like I also said. The cheapest one Sears offers is $199. Where is this $30 impact gun anyway?

Dave- That impact gun was offered only in store and was made by Companion. It generated about 400lb-ft, so it was decent for an every now and then usage.

Going to be selling some parts off my car. Anyone interested in anything specific let me know. Turbo kit, AEM, Wheels, Fuel System, Mazda comp radiator, 3 row Intercooler kit, Unorthodox pulleys, Momo steering wheel, Cusco rear strut brace, any lots of other stuff will be up for grabs. Not parting the car out. Just selling off the single and performance parts to finance other projects.
I'll be listing this stuff in the for sale area in the next week or two after I get my turbo and manifold back from PFS.

That pile is being thrown in the junkyard. I pulled everything out inside, except for HVAC stuff, and the headliner. Selling off everything, going pretty slowly, but it's about an extra 50 bucks a week I get off selling parts. The motor has yet to be compression tested, have not gotten around to it.
Why you getting rid of the performance stuff? You gonna throw money into the CJ-7?

Yea, parting a car out is a pain. I made decent cash off the one I did but if it did not have all the mods to sell I don't think It would have been worth all the effort.
Yes the parts are going off the rx7 and the cash is going back into the cj7.

Jason, yes the HOOTERS in Dorftown is where we have the meets. The girls in there are not bad at all.
Sean, sure if you want to buy it off me then paypal me $40 to fd3boost@comcast.net and I can mail it to you. It is custom fit for my engine bay though. I cannot be certain that it will fit your car with out some triming.
Jon, first come first serve. Right not the only things I am definitely selling is my intercooler kit ($1100)and the turbo kit ($2500)
