Thats awesome! I don't know why but I was thinking it was around $250 per hour... And I definitly need a tune soon.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN 8000 RPM!.... Being stuck at 6500 sucks!

Just got the new fuel pump and radiator. now I'm waiting on the midpipe, water injection, and some money for the tune.

So what did you guys do this weekend? I put primer on my old 91 integra (now my son's). I've never painted anything before, so I'm sure it's going to turn out...uh... less than professional.
I figure it's better to learn on a car that's got over 200k on it. I've been spending way too much time and money on this old car when I could be doing things to the 7.

Changed the oil in the Jeep, yay! And helped my folks paint our downstairs living room, which has been completely redesigned.

Hey, we also have a love seat and couch set for sale, and we also have a desk for sale too. I will get pictures for you guys. I don't know how much they want.

Why change the oil when you're just going to roll it over again?
J/K. Did you get everything fixed since the accident?

Ah ah ha!

Yeah, it's back on the road, just gotta fix the soft top, there's about a 6 inch tear in the rear of the top. And have to fix the door, or just replace the entire door. There's even more damage that is creeping up everytime I look at it. My poor red little baby!!!

Why would anyone have to pull an engine out of an FD? Don't they last forever?

I don't think anything is wrong with Dave's engine, that car seriously scares the **** and **** out of me.

Have you guys eaten at Five Guys in Waldorf? That place has the best fries ever, and the burgers are amazing. You southern heads need to try it out!!

Would you seriously let me ride shotgun in yours Ernie? Or is the new motor setup not gonna be street legal?

Shotgun in a fast fd is not for the faint of heart. At least Ernie has a cage now so you might be able to live through a crash, God forbid you ever have one.

The compression on my engine got worse over the last weekend. Taking the engine back to Ray to rebuild it here soon. It was compression tested back when we dynoed it and it was low on the back end. Ray seems to think warped apex seals or possibly nicked side seals. Still made good power so I nursed it these last few months but the time has come.

Haha, that sounds really awesome Ernie. All you guys and your fast cars, and me over here in my slow *** Jeep. At least I can hop curbs. Ernie, what are you shooting for as far RWHP goes? I remember you saying 700+??

After hitching a ride the other day, I want a turbo rotary. Just not an FD, to much money.
