Note: My feet are ok now, after some time in rob's car they thawed out nicely. Anayway it was nice meeting you all. Wish the weather had been nicer.

zach - at first i honestly thought you were being a pansy for not running just because you didnt want to work a heat... MY GOD i wish i would of followed you on that. 2 cars into the first run i was ready to shoot myself, then it started to snow like crazy, at the end, people kept getting red flags, which ment re-runs... it sucked...

but anyways, you can have that switch cover for free, i just dont know when the next time i will see you is. 1

REALLY didnt mean it like that.... i just didnt understand why you wouldnt want to stand outside for a "little" while so you could race, but when my *** was out there, and knew what it was like, i would of rather sat it out too.

I know

...it was painful for us to stand out there and watch! After your fingers feel like their burning, you don't want to stay much longer .

You know what they say, you are what you eat.

aroung 354 i think. yea i know i should do it myself, but those damn parking ****'s. I got chewed out by a parking deck security guard for spraying down my shocks and with wd-40. Now think if I wanted to replace my clutch, ooo even better, do brake work in the parking deck XD, i can see the car jacked up and the security guard comes up and asks. "what are you doing" Changing breaks, I can see the conversation would end with me with a ticket and the security guard will have a story

Mike, it's not too hard porting a motor. You just have to be consitent so the flow is the same for each rotor. Get yourself a spare side housing and practice. Also, use a carbide bit and some cutting fluid. Use the bit at low RPM and it's amazing how much it will cut.
What are you planning on doing with the 12A? I know a group of poor college students that could use it if the price is right.

yea, ill probably practice on the plates my dad has sitting under the house. i would donate it, but the point of getting a new motor was so that i could race and have a back up motor just incase one of them decided to pop. sorry though.

by the way, what do you want to do about that dash console, its free, just need a time to give it to you, unless you want to wait till the april 13th autox.

dammit ive been without my car for too long, i swear the moment i get it back im doing some serious cruising through richmond. Anyone want to do a meet up or something over the weekend. I don't know, without my car I feel like an outsider from the group or something. I still say the most glorious sound in the world is the rotary revving....god i miss her too much. Who would have thought it was possible to go into RX-7 withdraw..Maybe I need to join RA.... Rotary's Anonymous.

I guess I'll just get it from you on the 13th. I think the ECU or something is fried. I parked it because the "door ajar" beep is stuck on for some reason. Just about everything electrical is screwed up.
I'm gonna do a search to see if this is common.

The door stuff is controlled by a CPU right next to the fuse box. I know this cause mine doesn't work.

I work on the first floor of the library by the copiers/printers. Yipee...

I think I'm going to resolder the ECU. I need to resolder the logicon too. This car takes a serious beating between 350 lbs/in springs and the cobblestones. The beep isnt the only weird thing going on.
