I know , I was just clarifying that the brakes themselves are the same as the rear discs the GTS have and not some weird Japanese only rear discs so I can actually find replacement pads and stuff for them... which is always nice.

ya im a toyota freak too, but i havnt been in it for awhile sigh, i miss my all-trac ::cries in a corner:: I still have my 90 gt-s celica, just has a blown motor, i had sold it to my best friend and he blew the motor twice and never finished paying me for it and gave the car back to me. So here she sits for now with a nice paint job 2 years old or so. Sigh.

Yup. I had a MAD JDM thermostat housing on that thing. I put way too much torque on the old one and snapped the bolts clean off. (Previous mechanic didn't use anti-seize.)

Not too many 4wd Civics around the states, so I had to get a NOS (NAWS!) part outta warehouse.

Pshh, I got a $10 tool that makes drum brake work a simple task!

The first car I ever bought had four-wheel drums!

Drum brakes FTL...

Although I don't mind working on them, I prefer disk brakes much more.

My new truck has drum and disk on the rear.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not shoot,

The courage to shoot the things I can,

and the wisdom to hide the bodies.
