I think mine was about that.. Around the 400 range comes to mind but I'd have to double check. Mine's a complete custom job so it's not the prettiest. There's a couple of decent places if you want to go custom. There's:

* the place where I got mine done (can't remember the name)
* troy's custom exhaust down in glen burnie

The nice thing about custom stuff is you can pick everything. If for some odd reason you wanted 1" piping, then they'll bend it for you. You want 3" piping, they'll do it. I would buy as much as possible though, such as the cat. Magnaflow steel cat - the one that's sitting at the garage on the floor is a good example. You can get that online and just throw it in the trunk and tell them it's there - money saved. You can pick mufflers and you can pick whatever tips you want. Single out, dual out, downpipe with cat, downpipe with no cat, etc etc etc.

I'm thinking this setup... the cat`s are more expensive ($140/ea) but they are really small... I could possibly do a true dual setup with the "build your own" header kit and two of the little cats and then 2 resonators and my 2 borla mufflers

... Your photoshop skillz r l33t.

I think there's guy on the 2nd gen forum that custom made his own true dual setup. You can probably ask him for the details. Hopefully he'll give you the 411. I don't have any resonators or presilencers on mine. I remember when I didn't have my car tuned ... I'd drive through the Towson mall garage and have at least 5 or 6 car alarms go off. It's not loud, it's just the certain exhaust tone, when I let the car wind down, the alarm sensors don’t like I suppose. Fun stuff.

You could just be different and go race style. Have the pipes exit out of the sides. HAWT!

Custom duals arent really that hard. Just pick up the RB road race header, stager the cats like you already did, and go RB the rest of the way.

I was planning on doing that, but price stopped me.

I'm thinking about finding someone who will weld stainless tubing and buy 15 feet of it and some bends from a bulk distributor/manufacturer

err anyways... did the shop that fabbed your exhaust use a mandrel bender? and do you think they would mind bending/welding stainless that wasn't bought in house.

... that expanding-foam-in-a-can is no joke. you don't need the entire can, you probably need just 4-5 squirts of it. my neighbor used it on his house and he was like ssssssssshhhh all around the windows. that stuff was like a horror movie gone bad. foam was expanding out of everywhere. finally after an hour or so it stopped and he took a saw and cut whatever oozed out.

... the place i went to didn't bend. it's just a couple sections of straight put together. Tony's custom exhaust down in Glen Burnie has a pipe bender. those guys are realll maticulous. when i was there, there was a guy with a dodge ram dually .. getting pipes put on. they're like hold it here .. walk back .. nah still crooked .. left .. walk back .. little down further .. etc etc. when i was done .. they were still tooling around with getting it just right.

... sell one of your mufflers to suds hahaha.

You could have them leave the Y in there and cap it so you can have a cut-out
