Anywhere that has an FSM

I have one, but it's tiny :P

--------------

I need somone's help. You must have seen my vehicle (Black RX-7 TII) prior to 10/10.

I had a cop give me a ticket for not having ANY plates on the vehicle. (Among other things he did, I am going to file a lenthy report once the court case is over)

I need somone (I guess the more the merrier, but more then three is prolly wayyyy too much) to come to court with me as a witness to testify that I had my rear plates on.

Thats all.

So I checked all the pullies, and the main pully seems to be one tooth forward of every other pully.

So I need the main pully off a Camaro.

So I'm doing a CrazyRays run this Sunday if anyone wants to come.

So I . . . * NUDGE NUDGE *

I'm definitely going to be at the garage tommorow night, and most likely the night after as well.

Anyone know a good transmission rebiuld shop? I want my spare TII tranny rebiult. The tranny I have in my current TII is so loud I have trouble hearing the radio.

Jason: i think i got them mapped out. we were looking at the wrong plug harness. needed the one thats on the sidewall. and i got the colors sorted out.

Trailing Ignition Timing Signal - Blue/Yellow
Trailing Ignition Select - Brown/Yellow
Trailing Ignition Confirmation - Blue/Green
Leading Ignition Timing Signal - Green/Yellow

took 2 mazda manuals and 4 pages to do the same thing that would only take a single page from my TSRM

all the colors in the FSM aren't usually right, I wouldn't trust it.

you pretty much have to just use the actual location of the wires in whatever plug it goes to to find out which wire is which.

Still, verify with a continuity tester, like I said before, and Myk said here

the plug is on at least 1 side of the wire. just look at what colors go where on the other side of it.

that being said, the first time I looked at my girlfriend's CRX manual I cried a little inside... it's sooo much nicer.

I know a good transmission guy who's done several for me but I believe he sold the shop he owned and is now working out of the garage he built at his house in Bowie. Let me see if I can get ahold of him and ask him if he's still doing trans work. He may have retired, he's been doing trans work for a very long time (he's in his 60's I think).

Thanks! I called around to a lot of places, but I could not find one that wasnt a sleeze. So I ordered the parts, I'm gonna rebiuld the tranny myself.

Me and James totally stripped out what was left of DAK's old TII, took us three hours If anyone wants to say goodbye, I estimate you have two days. :P

I'll have to show you the TSRM for my supra. the only downside is there are a few parts where it tells you to remove a part but doesnt tell you where its att. at least the wiring diagrams are SUPER nice. Also nome of this "Use special tester part here". its simple tests that can be done with a voltimeter, lightbulb and a battery.

I work too much and usually miss just about every event ever posted. Soon I will be having back surgery, and the situation will be even worse.
