in OTHER news, Avi helped me replace the catalytic converter on my car. found the exhaust leak on it was where it blew half the exhaust gasket out leaving a nice big hole. there were also some crappy welding jobs done on it where the muffler is attached to it. so now my car sounds a bit different and actually should PASS emmissions.

I need emissions before the transformation of putting an S5 intake on.. any good spots that wont rip me off? and how much is it for emissions i never been..

 

I think it's like $20 or $40 the first time, free the second time (if you fail)

all the emissions places are state run, so they can't really rip you off...

 

The second one. I don't think my fc will have any problems passing, (needed an alignment and new tires) . I had to replace the rear subframe to get aligned correctly, so it should pass now, i just wnat to BE SURE that it passes.

 

DUDE...its $14 bucks for emmissions. Just went there today to get the supra to pass with the new cat. and its all computer controlled so theyre all the same. (not gonna have someone rip you off unless he cant drive a car worth ****)
