I love Twins with their own sets of huge Twins............yeah
That wasn't what I was talking about... These twins don't mind if I switch off between one another halfway through...

They are fairly cheap dates though.

Coolant seal? Theres temp fixes for that that might last a few months . . . save up for a rebiuld.
Oil Seal? Use thicker oil and save up for a rebiuld!

Blown head gasket? :p

Why would you use a mechanical pressure gauge? Seems to me like it's not such a good idea to pump hot engine oil into the passenger compartment.

Yours may have been messier, but I lost brake fluid and gas when we fired my FD up. Leaks happen, no biggie until you consider the cleanup

They're a lot more accurate than electrical gauges or idiot lights, and if the supply line is tightened properly, it's not messy at all. It's not like the oil is going to set your stereo on fire (especially when you don't have one in the car)

Back to MD!

sup, MD guys? i have been following your thread for a couple years now waiting for the chance to meet some of you guys in person. well, hopefully that time is soon to come. i am moving back to md (columbia/ellicott city) area by next week. i just got in from a cross country tour in my S4 yesterday arriving in charlotte, nc to visit family before i land in md. i received madd love from all the cities and states i drove through to get to the east coast. special thanks to Jetting's Goodyear for hooking me up with two new front tires in Nashville,TN. (steve... i know it was a hassle to get my lowered wide bodied FC on a lift... cheers) *note to self, need to fix front camber. OOH THANKS GO OUT TO ALL THE PO-PO'S THAT DIDN'T STOP ME FROM RT15 to I-40 to I-85 (2,589 miles only stopped once)... gas was expensive enough, let alone a ticket.

i am originally from ellicott city and moved out to cali a little over 5 years ago to work for an aerodynamic manufacturer... to say the least, i have lived a little and learned a lot and its time to come back home. i'd really like to meet and hang out with all of the SA's, FC's and FD's in the area. of course i will keep tabs on when the next RX-7 meet is and see if i can't catch up with you guys.. and gals. WOW... girl rx-7 drivers, wasn't that in a dream? anyway can't wait to meet up with you.. i'm sure it will be the beginning of a long lasting friendship...

will

I'd say if you can't get it to run right after doing that, just stab it so that it runs and secure it somehow, and drive it to my house for me to take a look

Hey my 7 is really reliable.. just get the oil change every 2500-2800 miles.. and give it a good hand job every now and then.. and the car will appreciate it..

I give mine a hand job just about every 2 weeks when i get my hair cut. :-D
