. . . or there are no riots, fires, tornados, floods, nuclear meltdowns, microwave mishaps, volcanic erruptions or alien attacks; because I totally cut funding to the fire stations and I turned down the military base (You know it is the right move to do, that thing is a mega-NIMBY, full of crime and pollution, though it does come in handy a lot, especially with the extra cash) and the fact you can't bulldoze it. What a pain!
I think I'll also cut funding to the road system . . . .
