Christian: At this point the regular megasquirt with the MSnS-extra firmware does more than MS2 does anyway... although that might change by July/Aug when the next batch of MS2's comes out... either way, the regular MS with MSnS-extra firmware is " " this close to having stock leading and trailing ignition with configurable split, and can already run the stock leading with the stock CAS (it couldn't when Jason and I first got his car starting, it's pretty recent for it to handle the stock stuff, and jason and I are switching as soon as the parts I got from digikey to condition his CAS signal get here)

it's about $1425.00 for the base model.... that's like 10x what a megasquirt costs if you build it yourself, and the megasquirt actually has better configurability (Wolf3d for example has 16x16 tables, but configurable only at 125 rpm increments. With the megasquirt you can actually put the rpm bins wherever you want, even though the firmware I'm running is only using 12x12 tables... with interpolation and moveable rpm bins, you have the eqivalent of a much larger table.
Oh yeah, I ran jason's car at WOT to 5k rpms last night on the megasquirt.... and the AFR on the wideband was within 5% of 13.2:1 everywhere except the exact spot where the second set of injectors kicked in (when the second set of injectors kicks in, the pulsewidth of the first set cuts in half, and I guess it takes about .2 seconds for the fuel from the secondary injectors to get to the engine, so there was a .4 second lean spike to about 14.8:1 when the secondaries kicked in, and I'm talking to the author of the code to see if I can get a configurable delay before cutting the pulse-width on the primaries).
It should be interesting to run WOT after the aux ports are working.

Yeah don't put these heavy *** rims on your car. Find something light for your NA or it will be slower than it already is off the line. Get some enki's in 15 inch and they should be light enuff to get it done.

i think the website is wheelspec.com. pretty much has all the wheels and all their info.
fc3spro has the min and max offsets you can play around with to get the lippy goodness you're looking for. or just hit a drift event and ask one of the guys to roll your fender lips for a cheeseburger or something.
you've seen my wheels. they're +35 but i have a 5mm spacer so now they're +30. most wheels in the high 20s and low 30s have a nice lip. the style then takes over.
