Crazy Rays... I've heard of them... How do they compare, pricewise with something like Brandywine. (Stupid question I know... The DEALER is probably cheaper than Brandywine...) But like are they decent?

 

Crazy Rays is crazy. They charge for 8 bucks for everything small and the prices go up from their. And they check your tool kit as you are leaving so heads up.

 

last I was at brandywine they had 3 Fc's with most all parts. Prices we cheaper than rays but rays is right down the street from my house.

 

Brandywine is fucked up... $75 for a 1986 Camry tail light. $150 for an RX-7 distributor.

WTF? Those are just slightly lower than NEW/Rebuilt parts cost.

 

And that's why nobody really shops there unless they're desperate... lol

 

damn at brandywine last I was their people were throwing parts over the fence and getting them along the highway afterwards.

Well Crazy Rays up here on Erdman ave.. is ok.. i got a front light for 1.05... I'm always in there looking for stuff like triangle vents and maybe some seats.. they had one in there with leather interior and speakers in the seats.. it was a vert... but they took the whole ****** engine and trans..!!

actually on saturday a off duty police officer is the one that checks your tool kit. So i guess dropping something small into the pocket is ok but I am not going to court for 8 bucks

 

hey, since I can't seem to find this info, what's the difference between the e6x and e6k... the only one I see listed on their site is the e6x

 

e6k is the older model e6x is the newer model that everyone is having problems with.

 

E6X = teh sux0rz
E6K = teh rox0rz

that's the official difference that is in the instruction manual.

the vast difference i'm slowly learning about hanging out with the "informal" car get-togethers and meeting the guys here from rx7club.com

last night my cousin and i went up in his talon to this wendys parking lot off of bel air road, having a good time. mostly dsm stuff as far as imports go, a turbo honda or two, tons of camaros.. but all in all, it was a fun, cold-*** night. there was a red fd up there for about 5 seconds but didn't get to talk to him, i've seen it before around the dundalk shows too. anyway, after a bunch of the domestic guys leave, these kids start ******* around with a guy's neon, which is completely messed up, dents everywhere, paint chipping off, the clips for the spoiler but.. no spoiler! front and back ends were all messed up.. it was horrible. these idiot kids were just holding the back end down and having the kid burn tires.. he did it three ******* times. this was a nice spot, nice shrubbery concealed the place from the street, cops didn't bother us for 6 days, but these ******** kept doing it even after my cousin tells them to knock it off.
