"Dude! Lets start a shop!"

I have the capitol to get it up and running. I was going to purchase a mobile dyno machine but having the actual shop would work into my master plan to. Jason call me if you are serious and you have scouted a location.

I was actually thinking of this:

But one of those old Storage locker buildings or something, maybe an old car park and wall off individual areas big enough for working on cars.

Put a lift in each area and rent the spaces to people who wanna work on cars, but can't... (Like me... Can't even change a tire in the parking lot of my apartment. It sucks.)

Maybe climate control it and store summer cars in the winter...

Rent tools to people too maybe. Have a machine room for fabrication of stuff, milling brake rotors, porting, etc... (Man a CNC mill would be EXCELLENT for porting.)

Have some mechanics on duty for advice and lending a helping hand or something...

That would rock.

join the military and get access to the auto repair shop. they got a place just like that on Andrews. like 11 bays with lifts that you can use for vehicle repairs. it is a good idea but usually only works in areas where (like andrews) doesnt allow you to work on your car in yer driveway. as for storage, thats an odd situation as that would take up a lot of room

Actually, if it is the chain and there's nothing Ken and I can do about it, there's no way in hell that engine is staying in there, especially since estimated shop price will be around $12-1400...

If I have to drop that much loot, can we guess what engine will be put in next?
