I'm in Centreville myself. I'd be out crusing with my FC once I get her all squared away and running right. 4 years of ownership and barely any miles on it, it's a shame.

I saw some pretty cool 7s at the meet. Very clean FD and a 1st gen making around 350-400 I believe.

 

Every time I see a clean first gen it makes me want to get one. Thank goodness my wife doesn't let me. I can't handle 2 cars.

 

I've been looking for a local meet with in the NoVa area. I'm out of Woodbridge and my 7 is currently on jack stands. I would love to meet local 7 owners and talk shop.

I'm actually going to the east coast rotary classic at Dominon raceway, that very close to the Stafford woodbrigde and fburg people. I have a couple 7 friends cruising from Chicago to come with, I drive a yellow rx3 if any recgonize my car in the area. Well just remember to hit me up I'm always down for a cruise since I moved here I haven't met many rotary people just once at the skyline drive in 2015 hoping to make some friends!

I am going. Im on Woodbridge area, like 45 minutes away. No way I would miss something like that so close to my house . Im going on my FD. Would love to have my Efr 8374 on it but Im still waiting for turbosource since March or April. Let me know and we can probably meet on 95 in some exit

I just posted a thread for weekly C&C meetups if any is interested in attending some. I've been on this forum for quite a while learning as much as possible about FDs. Haven't bought one yet. Got very close on 3-4 occasions in the last few years even made a deposit 2 times but had to back out. Ended up buying a house, having a kid, getting a new job, and currently saving for a wedding so those have all prevented it. However, I will 100% be making the jump in the spring time once all that's settled lol.

I'm currently driving a 2005 Shinka Edition RX8 though. I basically stole it for what I paid and use it as my daily due to being able to put the Recaro in the back and take my 2 year old to daycare. It'll stay my daily for the foreseeable future and I'll end up swapping a 13B-REW into it in the next year or two as well lol. But please check out the thread. Update it with other local C&C meets that I missed, and feel free to join us tomorrow morning. I have a pretty fun and curvy route planned to get to the C&C that I know all FD guys would enjoy too.

 

But the east coast rotary classic is Saturday 22 of July. Right? Im confused. Tomorrow i am going to Atco Raceways, NJ. for the Panamericans. I tried to go every year. Nice event. Bad a$& rotaries and 2JZ

Yes I remember you!!!!! That was an awesome cruise. Unfortunately my work schedule did not allow it. I work for metro and work All weekend and most holidays. I got lucky with this weekend basically had to beg for it. And wanted to let everyone know so we can meet up and cruise. The rx3 is going good. Biggest thing was I modified the tank to receive a intank fuel pump

 

Um... Woodbridge as in Northern Virginia, north of Quantico and south of Alexandria???


VIR is basically on the border with North Carolina, that's like 200+ miles from Northern Virginia.

Deffo not wanting to sound like a jerk, but I'd verify just how far away you are before you plan your trip

 

The ECRC is at Dominion Raceway is Spotsylvania.

At what time are you guys passing by Woodbridge? I am at exit 156 off of 95. I can wait for you and your friends there if u give me a window of time that u think u will be passing by. I know that 95 is unpredictable with the traffic but I can wait 10 to 15 minutes there with no problem.

 

I'm not 100% yet. They are not here yet. They'll be arriving late today and we'll discuss it. I wanna get there early but not too early lol. But ya feel free to text me that way I don't forget
