I just picked up a mostly stock 84 from the Holland area. Metallic black paint, 45mm OER. He said it wasn't running when he bought it two years ago but he fixed it into a daily. Now it's with me in Lansing. I've had to tune a little bit up but otherwise I think I found a pretty good deal.

My girlfriend swears there's a red one (from her description it sounds 2nd gen) riding around the LCC area, but I've never seen it.

 

Bastard! I think I saw that one on craigslist, it looked like it might be a good one. But I'm really only window shopping right now, so I'm glad it worked out for you.

 

It is so far. I needed to replace the battery and plugs, but so far I'm having a bitch of a time trying to get the carb levels to a point where ignition isn't such a long process. I'm totally new to most of this stuff and learning as I go. Great site here.

 

I have a 93 for sale. Haven't posted it anywhere yet. Good shape but occasionally stalls. Was told apex seals are about 90% Engine was rebuilt by Kevin (Rotary Resurection) two years ago. About 126K miles. Very small amount of rust behind rear right wheel. Let me know if you know anyone interested and we can talk price.

Guys, I need help! I have a Pettit Racing Street Ported motor with brand new rotor housings that I need to sell. It's brand new never been installed. It was for an 03 R1 I went a different direction with. I have well over $5000 into it, but am willing to take a loss given my current situation. Anyone need one or know where I find someone who does?

 

Also have a Racing Beat Ported carburated turbo motor. Obviously for an older RX7. I have no use for it, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think with the impending divorce my 88 will be for sale. cheaper with the fire and parts to fix it but not fixed more expensive if I have do to the work

the plan was to take the running drivetrain from the ugly one and put it in the nice looking one...... the nice looking one was rusted out underneath tho!
and the ugly one is as solid as a rock
so now i have an ugly rx7 and a garage full of parts
