It was great to see a couple of the MI rotary guys at the Furrin group auto-x this past weekend at MSU. I didn't have the 7 out there since my gf and I were trying out her car, but it was a blast none-the-less!

Is anyone going to flints back to the bricks?

 

I've been skipping back to the bricks for the last couple years. Hearing drunken burtucky hicks go hurr durr look at the furrin car gets old real fast.

 

Yea I laughed when I herd some kid say I like that car is that a corvette when I was sitting in traffic jam off American mucsle.

 

Yo Michigan people, i went with my girlfriend to Michigan last June for a short week of vacation. As far as i remember, i saw one white FC TII or i think that was a 10th AE but i am not so sure coz it was going south on highway M53 and we were going north. My Gf and i are planning to go again next year so maybe i can come by for some import meet or gathering around warren area or anywhere as long as it is not too far. My girl lives at warren so i would love to meet new rotary head people. I am from Nor-Cal "San Francisco" and from time to time i organize some car meet at south San Francisco area. I usually set up a mix cars on meet. I would love to come and attend a car meet at Michigan. Here is the link to the car meet i set.

I saw the twin of my FD in Rockford last night. It was red and I think it was an R1. It was coming at me on 10 Mile and surprised me. I rarely see them anywhere around here.

I just saw a red one with all the OEM lights on it, fogs, markers that light up halfway on 11 mile and 75 going west red in color.

So, who is delivering pizzas in South Wyoming/Kentwood in a loud blue FC ?

 

At ~4:05 today (11/5/11)I spotted a black series 4 RX7 convertible in Sterling Heights heading north on Ryan at the 17 mile & Ryan intersection. I didn't see it until it was kind of far away, so I didn't see any defining details, but it was definitely an S4 vert. Looked to be in pretty good shape.

Mad props for still having the top down.

I saw a gray S4 FC today in Troy (John R and Maple/15 mile rd). It was gray, looked like red interior, and had aftermarket 5-spoke wheels.

 

Spotted more RX7s this weekend, both while coming home from up north!

First one was a red FC. I saw it heading east on US 10, but I don't remember where. It was red and looked to have different colored driver side front fender (I believe it was that champagne-y color). It also had an even coat of dirt like it had been driven on a dirt road a lot.

Second was a red FD. It appeared to be completely stock, it was on the other side of the highway so I didn't get a really good look at it. It was heading north on I-75, I believe I saw it near the Clarkston area.

 

Hi folks.... can anyone recommend a body repair shop in the Grand Rapids/Allendale area? My daughter got in a minor bender from black ice, and has some front end damage on her 2001 Saturn (65,000 miles). Since I'm here closer to The D, I could use any suggestions for repair. Used parts ok. Thanks!

 

well my family got a repair job done on one of our cars and there is this guy that operates out of a poll barn and he does all sorts of body repair stuff for all cars and he has a portfolio to look at and everything, does an excellent job and affordable i believe, its more near grand rapids area, but i got his name and number if you want to give him a call
