Friday would be better for me this weekend. Saturday is the car show at school so I need to be there.

Pull your front carpet and your dash out and we can figure out a good way to fix the floor. I honestly think your worries about the torque and it causing problems with the floor pan are simply that: worries, and I do understand what you're saying but I really dont think it will cause any actual problems from the amount of power you are looking at getting.

 

ian do you think that you could give me a hand with swapping brians tii rear end out of the red car into my car i would like to get that in there sometime

also im going to be going a cheaper route with the fc to get it up and running im going to do the ls1 with like a th400 tranny they are ultra cheap and last a good while but im going to need that rear end in it ill buy some beers and itll be a good time

i just found someone to clean replane and put new valve seals in my heads for 150 bucks i have to order the valve seals but i think thats a pretty decent deal

i just priced the flywheel spacer to put a th400 on it and its only fifty bucks so now i got to start looking for a tranny and some wiring **** and ill almost be ready to get this thing going

 

Order that head gasket kit and it will come with new valve guides/seals. You'll need all that stuff anyways and although its a big chunk up front it will be cheaper in the long run.

 

i called my buddy chad with the tranny and no answer but im sure he will call back.. if thats the way you want to go and say screw the overdrive..?

Cant do it. I was interested before but not now. Not that the possibly completely fubarred wiring scares me but currently spending too much money on the FC and spending too much time on other projects. Currently working on powdercoating some parts for Ben (heidihi) and painting some stuff for Jason (Sesshoumaru) and Blade (blmcquig)...

 

i hear you on projects. i threw my back out a couple weeks ago, now i have a **** ton of projects to do. unfortunately non rx7 related. not to mention my wife has ordered me to make sence of my parts mess in the house or i am banned from getting another rx7.
