I have just had a s5 motor and gearbox installed into my s1 rx7 i have 720cc sec injectors and two std intercoolers mounted together up frount big msb pump and surge tank

now the car runes great o boost only 5psi as the turbo is dead but i'm looking to have it rebult with a to4 compressor on it, however at part throtal ie when i rev it when not in gear i get a miss sounds like the sound my old datsun made when i drove it with the chock on full
thear are no water lines going to the cold start system however the car starts geart in the coldest monings

any idear what this could be?

p.s i'm making 180hp at the wheels what do you think i would make with a good turbo and 10psi of boost

i dont have a handcontrola the car was tuned to a local rotary shop the guy was telling me every car has that miss hmm must say this is the only car i have seen it on however.

Thats the pump i'm using

 

That pump is basically the same spec as a stock OEM FC3S turbo fuel pump.
You're looking at about 250bhp limit, or about 220hp at the wheels on a DynoJet.

hmm i should have enoth gas then, when i think aboult it i feel that it is runing too rich or this may have somethink to do with the chock. as i am only making 6psi of boost
