Hey guys have you read about the 20b 85 RX7 runing low tens in the 1/4? This car's best time is 10.32 in the 1/4 mile. He's runing in the NHRA and up into now he is ahead in points beating all them hondas and acuras from the line. The engine does not have too many fancy things since he's runing in the all motor class. He's actually runing webers, not fuel injected. The first car he had ran a best of 5.9's 1/8 with a 12a bridge port and some nos, but that was with a datsun. I just wanted to post this thread since I was not sure if you guys had already heard about it.

cool, but just noticed something retarted thats not even wirth pointing out but i thoguht i might cuz i have nothing better to do. there is a decal on the front of the hood in the firts pic, but its not there in the last... meh i dont even knwo why i bother

 

yeah I just noticed that too...I'm not sure which pic was taken first if it was added after or just taken off in by the last pic...but be sure that K&N has nothing to do with the performance on the car, it was just a sticker...I know I haven't seen the engine either, but I sure would like to see that engine.

 

Maybe it flew off after that awesome launch!

that's the killo racing 1st gen out of florida......i've herd from alot of people,some good friends of killo that the motor is not a 20b.....its a custom motor thats made of 12a parts.....it uses a custom Hurley engineering 12a E-shaft & 12a rotor housings.....its also running no turbos....this is the info that i got,it could be wrong.....anyone knows for sure whats up with this car??

 

20B Peripheral Port. Plus, he has been Sandbagging the 1/4 mile times. The car has been outlawed for next season. So, enjoy looking at it while you can.

 

Yeah that's Kilo Racing. This guy knows a lot when it comes to tuning a rotary. His from Kissimmi FL. There have many complaints about him. First they complaint about the weight of the car. They made a couple other complaints trying to eliminate him from the events. His consitant about his time (10.32). But the time 10.32 is with him hitting the breaks at the end of the track to keep from being eliminated. Pretty nice car!

 

Why is it illegal? It's a all motor import engine, Or is there a cid. limitation or what?

 

It's not really fair to run a RWD lite FB witha 20B Peripheral Port versus FWD 4 bangers in an all motor class.

No Nos, No Turbos, - just N/A power.

As much as I love the beating down of the Honda's, you
