Try fatting up your crank fuel... start low and then slowly increase. I also hope you guys know that the Temp outside has a huge part to do with this, the hotter it is the less fuel it needs, the colder the more fuel it needs. Just try messing with the crank and water temp fuel. I had this problem in my Z now it starts after 4-5secs of cranking

good luck

hey

most ems systems give the ignition/fuel system 1,2sec delay to get the engine spinning and get a good signal before actualy firing the injectors/ignition.

Most EMS's I've seen, including mine, take about 4-5 sec to fire. It's no big deal, really....

Im pretty sure this is a common problem on all aftermarket ecus. I would love to have my car start a little quicker. This way it doesnt drain my little odyssey batter so quickly. After a couple years my little battery started getting weaker and weaker, and recently If i didnt get it started on the first try, i had to jump the car (major pain in the ***). Not to say the battery is not good, because it is awesome. Someone made the mistake (not pointing any fingers) of leaving on a powerful charge for like 2 months straight, and the battery sort of inflated and sucked *** afterwards. I got a new one now, and hope i dont have the same problem.
Maybe next time steve tunes my car i'll have him do the same for me.
