All of your basic ignition settings look OK as well.
It looks like you're using the default AFR table which is a bit lean at low rpm. In my experience the rotary likes to be a bit richer in that area.
You also should probably set up a split table. I added a "traditional" table. You might want to experiment with negative split. I've not had time to do that and I don't have EGT installed so I can't really do it in any kind of scientific manner anyway.
It looks like your main ignition table is a bit rough. Mine is probably only a little better, but I included it in the msq.
Anyway, PM your email and I'll send it to you.... Your req fuel is probably the only thing keeping you from starting your engine.

its finally running, after all the problems, it is finally running, and with a single 18 inch glass pack and about 30 inches of exhaust pipe, it is loud. I just. I loaded the new MSQ, and it just wouldn't start. everything looked good, it just wouldn't fire up. I was looking at my fuel filter and noticed that when I tried to start it, the fuel would stop pumping, the battery was so low that when I hit the starter, it would turn over, but the fuel pump would stop pumping. I got a new battery, threw it in, and after 20 seconds of cranking to clear out the fuel, it fired up. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that chimed in on this one, and thank ken for all the help, and fixing my MSQ.
