There shouldn't be any confusion on what were looking for. I think enough people have expressed interest. If you can recreate the JL Audio Stealth Box as it was originally designed, you'll make money. I WILL PAY so sign me up.

Ive owned/run my own shop for the last 8 years and have been making all kinds of fiberglass boxes for years. Local shops actually send me fiberglass body kits to be fitted and installed because of the work we do. I can even make one off body kits when given the time. Like I said $250 or so and I can build it, all depends on if that is the exact design you want. Ive done (3) 10's in the wheel well with a removable box, single 12's, dual 12's, etc. all in rx7s.

I say make it exactly like the JL box... exactly. completely and utterly hidden when factory trunk carpet is in place. All i want is a nice looking box with a little bit of thump, my days of 2 12's are long gone, much more interested in performance and wieght savings now...

Ok,
I will copy my friends this weekend with the help of my buddy at car toys. Expect an update sunday.

"EDIT"

The local JL rep said they would cut a deal on 8w3v2's.

Made the mold today .

And anyone who thinks they can make this out of MDF is insane. I got my hands on the org today. Yeah... wow. Its a direct fit to the spare tire. I will post some pictures a bit later. The plexi really makes it nice too. I wish I could make it sit about an inch lower, but its a tight fit as it is.

will you be able to sell just the box? without any compenents?

also... the plexiglass is removable right? with screws im thinking?

info on exact measurement of the cut sub holes and such needed....
i will be using either 2 JL 8w7(7.39" mounting diameter and 8" total diameter)
or Elemental Designs 9kv_2(which has a mounting diameter of 7.125" and 8.375" total dimameter) so i need to know what i have do to do fit them.

Ive had a mold from my old trunk for 2 years. I can also supply any audio equipment at cost (I have a shop but I work elsewhere now, but still have my accounts and location). Looks like you guys have other interest.
