Haltech No Spark To Spark Plug Wires
Help needed im not geting any spark from my spark plug wires i dont know if the haltech not giving anything to the coil or what ever the case my be. also does the cas need a 12v consistent or not when the car keys is at on?
How's the CAS wired?
what kind of car and which ECU?
Soudns like a trigger issue. If there's no RPM (and these are stock FC coils) then it means the trailing coil isn't getting driven which would explain why the tach's not moving. Either that or the wiring to the coils is incorrect/incomplete.

Which Haltech computer? How did you wire it up? If you get NO RPM, the Haltech doesnt know to fire the coils or injectors. How did you set it up? what base map did you use or are you configuring it from scratch?

Stock fuel pressure is about 38psi static (engine off, pump on). I set the ones I work on to 38-40psi.
If no RPM like Claudio says, then there'll be no injector or spark so don't chase a wild goose on that. Fix the CAS Wiring and verify the trigger settings in Ignition Setup are to Internal Reluctor on both with Gains at 1 and 2 respectively, assuming FC3S with an E6K/E6X. Trigger is Adaptive.
