the ingnition setup is:
trigger input internal reluctor, trigger gain 0 to 3, home input internal reluctor, home gain 0 to 3, the trigger mode is adaptive, trigger angle is 75-5, trigger type multitooth, number of teeth 24, tooth ofset 11.

It is either the CAS or the electrical wiring in between (or the Haltech ECU).

I would try and measure voltage on the CAS wire pairs to see if there is a small voltage - typically like 0.5 to 2.0VDC when you spin the CAS by hand furiously.
If you see voltage, then the CAS is working - it's most likely the wiring.

Lots of people have had problems with the stock CAS plug...

Sounds odd, i would find a new CAS and try it. Also, if this is an X leave the gain at zero.

Are you using the DOS software?

I have found that with the DOS, sometimes you need to turn MOTRONIC MODE ON in order to get a signal. I had this issue with my car.

Motronic On = signal
Motronic Off = no signal....strange but true.

In Halwin, both my Motronic filters are set at 0.

Actually, I have been using DOS software. I`m not sure about the motronic mode, but that I have to check out...
We have change the CAS today to one we are sure working with no change, so this is starting to get on my nerves!

Ah come on, use Windows software, there are a bunch of options on there that arent in DOS.

And download the latest version of it, 1.26, from the Haltech site.

Use the stock harness and you will have no Issues.

if you cant use the stock harness, keep your CAS wire separate from all your others especially the INJ and ING wires, wrap them in foil and ground the foil to the engine somewhere.

NOOOO!! DONT GROUND ANYTHING to the engine!! always ground at the ECU end, to the chassis. Grounding at the engine end will only cause more trouble.

The cabels are shield and to grounded from haltechs harness so that`s not the problem. But even so, the problem is that I got no signal at all...
