E8 Injectors not firing.

Heres the set up:

E8
S5 J-spec engine
Stock 550 Primaries
Bosch 1600 Secondaries

I have fuel pressure, there is power to the injectors. However theres power on both the injector leads on both the primary and secondary injectors (on all injectors.) Im stumped, does the E8 supply power to the injectors until its triggered to fire? Should there not be power on one of the leads to the injectors? I may also add that I do have the injectors enabled on the software.

Thanks for any help you can throw at me!!!!

Check the Fuel Set-Up page to make sure the fuel injectors are enabled?

Under the dash somewhere. I have verified that the switched stays hot during cranking.

Does anyone know if it matters which version of Halwin I use? Im using version 1.71, would it matter?

Yes you need to the use the Halwin appropriate for the firmware that you are using.
