Which AIT Sensor Should I Buy for my E6K ?

It's time to wire up my motor. I'm needing to buy a air intake temperature sensor that's alcohol friendly and ethanol friendly. Car is running the E6K.

Which sensor should I go with ?

BDC used the regular Haletch sensor during much of this research:

I don't know if he's still using it, but either way it seems to have been put through the ringer meth/alky exposure wise, not to mention a few different locations (more heat etc.)

Would that be a GM or FORD sensor ? Looking to pick something up locally.

GM sensor will work. I'm pretty sure that's what comes with the original package.

Look at the E6K wiring diagram online. It should show how the sensor wires up. The photo of the sensor on the diagram will be with the notch facing you.

It doesn't matter. I follow the diagram for continuity sake if you need to troubleshoot later on. But it doesn't matter when it comes to sensor operation.
