Check the ground behind the A/C compressor to the frame. If not you need a starter.

No I haven't tried that! Where would I find the alarm relay? How would I bypass it?

Also another question, would a bad battery cause my starting problem? I'm asking because its reading around 11.5v after sitting for a while and when it's cold (or been sitting a while) and that's when I'm having the problem with the click click start. But when its warm it doesn't seem to have that issue, and the batteries reading in the 12's after a drive for a while. So would that be my issue? If it's not the alarm, and if it's not the battery it would have to be the starter solenoid/starter correct?

What you need to keep in mind is your CCA not only your volts. You can have a battery with good volts but poor CCA. I will post pics on the reply to add a jumper.
