This thing had about a half inch of crud on it when i first got it out of a car at the local u-pull-it, which was a few months ago, i cleaned all of the crap off of it when i got it, today when i got it out of my shed, it still stunk like bad gas, i wanted to gag.

Here it is all cleaned up with a walbro fuel pump installed, and the fuel level sending unit removed. Im going to use the fb sending unit, since the car came with a brand new one in the storage bins

Does anyone know what this is, it is leaking. It is about 4-6 inches above the fuel filter. Will i be alright just bypassing it.the send line goes from the tank, through the filter, then pump, and through this piece, and then to the line that runs to the front of the car, i was just going to remove it since I will be running a lot more pressure, and its already leaking. I just want to make sure what is is and does before I do that

This is my 84 12a half bridgeport. Has a bright yellow hood, because when i ported and rebuilt the engine i was too stupid to bolt the hood back on.i figured that it sat lower than the nose of the car, that not toouch air would get under it, wrong, i hit 3rd gear and that damn thing flew about 25 feet into the air.it scared the shit out of me. I guess I'll never do that again

This is basically how it is going to fit, the rotary works kit that i was going to modify and use wouldn't work, i got all of the mounting brackets to work, but the radiator was way too big, i would have to cut a lot of my radiator support, and it still wouldn't work because it would hit the sway bar, this is actually the intercooler from the rotary works kit.if anyone has a fc that wants a vmount kit , let me know

Basically just inserted a large bolt into the larger hole, put on a hose clamp, cut off the head, put some panel bond on the inside of the hole until it was full, and put some on the outside, on the smaller hole i just panel bonded a push in body clip in. Total price, 0.00.

And here is a picture of the new regulator. While putting it back together, i noticed that some how one of the terminals on the intake temp sensor got broken off, so now I have to get another one

This is what i came up with to solve the afm mounting problem. I ordered some silicone adapters to move it to in between the radiator and fender apron. This is just to show the basic idea. It will be lower than this

I also figured out a better way to mounty afm, without it being in the way of anything. It turns out that i couldn't use the stock t.i.d.,i just used a 45degree coupler coming off of the turbo inlet, and it pretty much fit right under the intercooler pipe.plus it looks a hell of a lot cleaner this way

I drilled a hole in the side of the transmission tunnel and put a grommet, and ran a 6 foot piece of 3/4 in. Heater hose through it ,and then ran the power wire tjeough that, dont want to take any chances of something wearing a hole in the insulation of the wire

The engine re wired up again,i am not plugging the iat in until i have everything bolted to the engine, if you look close you can see that one of the tabs is missing on it. that broke off when I installed the stock harness, that little tiny sensor was like $75. I am not breaking another one
