is that silver car in the pics your car??? i have personally seen and met the owner of that car in texas... that car is clean!!!!that car is the only 12a turbo that can hang with mine!

I doubt it. That car is here in Miami, FL, and has always been here. The owner is a good friend of mine who happens to be my UPS Driver. It hasn't been to Texas. The car was built here over several years of upgrades until it is what it presently is.

He's they guy in the pics next to the car.

By the way, the car is about to bust into the 9's...

My car is in my signature, but I am not going for the "Drag Race" titles. My car has A/C, Power Steering, A Stereo system with Subs, and lots of gadgets.

I already ordered a Mariah Mode One widebody as well. My car is definately just meant to be a fast street car (that runs low 11's )

680RWHP12A Show us your setup that makes 680 hp. Not just the car, but the engine.

here is a pic of my old setup.... T72 turbo, .81 hot side, nikki carb , 540 rwhp@ 18 psi , best et on drag radials 10:40 !!! i will have a new pic up soon

Any better pics? I find 540rwhp (on a 12A) on only 18 PSI, and using a blow-through nikki carb a little hard to swallow.

Theres plenty of guys using fully ported 13B's with all the goodies (like EFI and Haltechs) not getting that kind of power on more PSI, and race fuel.

Are you telling us you broke the secret? Or is this a "one time wonder" kind of engine, that will lasted only one run before it grenaded?

Steve (AJC13B) has much more into his setup, and gets that kind of power on a Cosmo 13B at sick boost levels, using race fuel.

Please give the full specs on this setup. I am not even going to ask where you got the 680rwhp from on the "other" one.

I am not one to call it often at all, because I've seen plenty of anomolies out there. But until you can prove otherwise...

if youdont believe how my car runs you can always ask Ari Yallon.... or Abel Iberra... or pluto on the forum..they all know how my car runs! and my car doent blow up every run... its a rotary if you know what your doing they are bulletproof! I will own at least 5 rotarys until the day i die..... If your ever in LA call me 818 693 1031 .... ill give you a ride in my 12a terror!!! why go 13B when you could just keep your 12A???

So.. Your not gonna tell us some details and specs? Or more pictures?

I don't want to ask other people about your setup. There have been several many people connecting you to MazdaRacing and giving you a bad rep. I'd rather hear it from you than some biased person.

So once again, are you gonna spill the beans on this massive 12A?

Even the Silver 12A that runs low 10's doesn't have 680 rwhp. So what does yours run? 8's?

that impossible that a 12a can make 680hp, specially at the wheels. show your setup, what you are running, alcohol, i dont think that a 12a will pass over 400hp turbo and nitrous. most of the drag racers cant make more that 680hp unless they have a 20B!!!! do you want to have a bad reputation here.

Ok heres my setup...... 12A bridgeport, rotaryshack race apex seals ,...race oil pump , 12A turbo race ported intake manifold , WORKED nikki carb , paxton fuel pump , 1/2 inch fuel line , mallory #4309 fuel pressure regulator , light steel flywheel, RPS turbo clutch, turbo 2 tranny, 8.8 rear end .... T70 turbo, bae exhaust manifold, spearco intercooler...... what else did you want to know????

To make 680whp i switched over to EFI halltech F9 , and more boost 28 psi ... the short version..

best on the nikki setup was 10.40 @ 137 mph on drag radials with some wheel spin... havent been to the track sine the EFI has been installed but ill let you know how it runs!

I would believe 680 flywheel HP.

I believe 10.40 @ 137mph with 680 flywheel hp.

I do not believe 680hp rear wheel.
I do not believe 540hp rear wheel through a nikki carb

man, what you expect, is impossible to put 700hp at the flywheel running gas with a 13bt, and you gonna tell me that YOUR 12a was running 540HP WHITH A NIKKI AND 680HP NOW!!!! WITH A 12A!!! common, that impossible

um. correct me if i'm wrong, but with 8.8 gears, fourth gear will be WAY below the ideal 1:1 dyno ratio. Right? Which would also explain your torque being as low as it is.

It is simply a work of Art. It was made specifically for my Cosmo Turbo 1st Gen project.

Sweet manifold man.... great work!! That wastegate is huge! No boost creep for you... Just curious, why you want the turbo so far forward? is it that tight of fit?
