Yah, I've been talking with Dan and he said it might be possible but depends on when he gets some parts he's waiting for. So put me down as a maybe for the group buy.

A couple more questions, gentlemen. By the way, thanks for posting pricing for the single cooler kit, I'm still very interested.

1.) In this photo, is appears that the thermostat is rigidly mounted to both the engine and the chassis. Is this true or is it just a funny angle?

2.) How much road testing has this kit seen? How many hours/miles has it spent working with a running engine?

Thanks,
-s-

Scotty,
The thermostat will sit on the bracket and have a little rubber stopper to rest on. As I'm sure you know it would be a bad idea to mount the thermostat to the chassis in it's current orientation.

You are correct that in this photo it actually is rigidly mounted to both the engine and the chassis, but we had just done that to get the angle right during fab. Like Dan said, that bolt holding the bracket to the thermostat will be replaced with a rubber stopper for it to rest on preventing it to angle downward too much.

We're working on one....should have it done in a few weeks. Since we don't have a donor car, we have to use someone else's as a test car.
