Could you explain this piece... "Please note: This oil cooler kit is intended for off road use only."

Is that similar to the aftermarket boost controller warnings or is there some problem with using it on the road?

basically the same thing as you said, there is no problem using it on the road......just like pretty much ANY aftermarket part for cars is designed for off road use.

BTW,
someone requested pricing for silicone braided lines as well....I should have pricing for that in the next few days, but it will be much more then stainless braided.

It's just like pretty much all aftermarket product disclaimers: to remind the customer that even though our parts are R&Ded using only the highest quality materials, you - the customer - still need to demonstrate some responsibility and common sense when using these performance-oriented parts in their appropriate setting.

Pretty much our entire product line will be carrying this disclaimer

I'm still interested, I'm waiting back from Pineapple on the damage report on my motor. I would like to leave some money as a contingency.

You guys need a credit card machine, I think pay the same merchant fees as paypal . haha

But I thought it was for free though!

I'm in, but timing couldn't be bad enough. WRX DD died, and I'm forced to rebuild with a STI bottom end. J/K, I'm probably going to sell it to someone looking for a project and put the Civic back into service. I'll make a payment for the single kit with standard lines in the next few days.

I'm not sure everyone knows about this GB yet, and I'm not sure that we're allowed to post an advertisement in the 3rd gen section.

Negative shipping to Canada will be a bit extra, but it shouldn't be much (Maybe $5-10)

False alarm, just a schizo oem turbocharger that likes to imitate a chimney every 10k miles for a few minutes - seriously. =/ Smoked enough this time to scare the crap out of me and park it for a week. Started it up a couple days ago and let it idle, took a cautious test drive, and all is well in the world again. Been using it to drive to work again, and no signs that anything happened. Weird. Still though, it's obviously telling me it's time for a new turbo.

Anyways, I'm in. I'll send payment tomorrow.
