Alright it looks like I've got it figured out. Just waiting for Ramy to give the go ahead to start placing orders....I'll let Ramy post the pricing tomorrow. SORRY for the hold up! But we may do an initial offering group buy so the wait may be worth it.

yeah mine would be for a 20b as well, although i have a re-speed oil filter pedestal with a -6an welded bung (if i remember the size correctly). also, are 25 row coolers really necessary? i was under the impression that dual 19 row mocals were more than enough. i guess if the space is there why not, but i cant see how i could ever heat up 50 rows of oil cooler lol. also wouldnt you trap more dirt oil between oil changes than with smaller coolers? and id think the 19's are cheaper. anyway the kit looks awesome, and ill most likely be buying a set. -Heath

I sure hope so! We aren't planning on goin anywhere

So really, there's no need for ducting in this specific case. But in the pursuit of perfection (lol), I am designing my own (much better functioning and fitting) version of the OEM oil cooler ducts!

Of course there is. There is an optimal temp range for which you should be operating under. Too hot OR too cold is a bad idea. But you won't need to worry about either with this setup

Not a prob. I'm sure we can make sure a 20B-specific kit is available

Totally depends on your use. Besides, our philosophy is to over-engineer so you're using something that is EXCEEDS your needs/purposes, rather than making something that'll just "work."

anyway the kit looks awesome, and ill most likely be buying a set. -Heath
Sounds good!

Oh and the original post has been edited to include pricing

Thanks!

The RE-speed pedestal uses a -10 AN male fitting or a Banjo style fitting, our kit utilizes a -10 AN banjo fitting. I'm sure we could substitute the banjo fitting for a -10 120 degree fitting. You could think of it as holding more dirty oil, or you could say it holds more oil so you can go longer between changes With that turbo 20b of yours I think you might be able to make the system work a little.

As I PMed Scrub, I have another purpose earmarked for the passenger side vent. Was actually going to piece together a single 34 row kit myself (probably would only work for me, since I don't have the flip ups anymore and I will not be installing the combo lights), but a 25 row should suffice, since the only heat my FD generates is once a weekend, terrorizing the neighborhood kiddies.

hey quick question, can anyone comment on the fitment of the 99 fogs with this kit? they seem like they may hit each other. i know theyre gonna cut down on air flow defeating some of this extra cooling potential, but its a fine balance between performance and aesthetics... and aesthetics might win this round. hopefully they can coexist peacefully (like humans and fish as our president so poignantly put it )

good question....I'm not sure. Are the lights recessed in the bumper, or are they sitting flush with it? On the stock 93-95 fog lights I'm almost positive they sit flush with the oil cooler opening from the rear ( I hope that makes sense)

We're also developing a single 25 row oil cooler for those who don't want to spend as much or guys who have auto's.

How much for just the coolers, with the mounting brackets and a thermostat, no fittings, or lines? A price for each type would be great. Thanks!

Sorry we don't offer a DIY kit.
-Dan

Scott,
The single kit will be available when the dual kit is released, which will be within the next few weeks.

for everyone interested in seeing how the lines are routed with the radiator in....heeeeeeeeere ya go! The lines clear the cross brace nicely and in that picture the AC compressor is not bolted to the PS tensioner, so it doesn't look right.

honestly im not sure. i just got them from ramy and havent installed them. hed be a better candidate to answer that question. they definitely have some depth and a mounting bracket that extends backwards and up a bit, but i cant say whether they extend rearwards past the plastic bumper skin. im sure ramy will know. id like to buy this kit, but thats my main hangup at the moment

That's great news. Will the kit retain the OEM banjo bolt on the oil filter pedestal? I'd like to measure oil temps before & after, and was planning to install an oil temperature probe as outlined on clubrx:
http://www.clubrx.org/default.asp?id...ntent=51&mnu=5

If this won't work with the new setup, is there another location you'd recommend? I'd like to be able to use the same sensor with both setups if possible.

Scotty, The kit will retain the OEM banjo bolt and your method will work just fine. We are working on offering a CNC'd oil pedestal with additional fittings for temp/pressure sensors, but will not impede the flow of oil.

Heath, if I could get a picture of the bumper uninstalled with the lights mounted I would be able to see if it would fit.

Just to clarify, will those of us with touring editions need anything extra to get the 2nd(passenger's) oil cooler hook'd up?

cash money, we will be organizing a group buy in the next week or so. Once the group buy is started we'll need 10 orders to get the discounted pricing.

00spec - You will not need anything extra to hook up our kit, everything you will need is included.

If I needed it now (received by March 31st, the latest), could I order one separate from the group buy since group buy will probably not meet that date. I don't mind paying a little extra. Ramy knows I'm good for anything I'm interesting in . Let me know here or by PM or messenger. Thanks.

thewird, that's gonna depend on whether or not Dan thinks he can get the kit together that quickly...that's a short time period to be working with...

For those who are interested in prepurchasing at our discounted introductory price, lets get a list going plz.

Thanks,
~Ramy
