i guess ramy is too busy to look at his emails

 

Don't worry guys. As soon as he gets an update he'll send out emails. He's a very busy guy. But he always comes through.

I keep hearing he always comes through, but my first time dealing with him has been very unsuccessful. Ramy, u said u were gonna ship my item sun night, which u said u were very sure that ud get it out, even though it was sunday night. Then the next day was veterans day so i understand not being able to, but why have i still not received a shipping number two days after that???

Your conclusion is premature. I said I'd ship it out on Sunday night, and that's exactly what I did. Sorry I wasn't able to email you the tracking # until a few minutes ago (which will show you it indeed was shipped a few days ago), but I've been on 30 hour overnight call in the hospital, and haven't really had a moment to sit down until now. Patience is it's own virtue. If I say I'll come through, I will. I'd appreciate a lil more faith, that's all (ESP. given your wing was NOT a fun job to ship...since it's an odd size and is fragile as heck).

Having said that, everyone who's parts have shipped has received an email w/ a tracking # as of 5 min ago. And now I'm gonna try and catch 3 hrs of shut-eye before it's time to get up again

Hey Ramy, I have been really patient with you so far, but this has just pushed my limit. I paid you the shipping the same day you sent me the quote, and I specifically stated that I need the part urgently, and that's like more than 3 weeks ago. You said some parts went out couple weeks ago for some people, but I was obviously not one of them. And I patiently waited for another couple weeks without bothering you with emails, but I really cannot wait silently any more. Please contact me and hopefully send my part out ASAP. Thanks!

 

Unfortunately parts that arrive from Japan will always take awhile to get to us.
Hopefully Ramy will be able to work a computer after working those 30hr shifts.

 

Hey Kevin...sorry for the delay, but the shipping company has been dragging their feet. I'm gonna do whatever I gotta to get 'em goin tomorrow.

Its ok dude. I know you got an assload of emails and requests coming in, and it was kinda my fault for not ordering properly anyway. I had some other **** I needed to get from jason anyway, so I killed 2 with 1 so to speak.

Nothing yet... man.. that boat is extremely slow!!

 

Neo, your diffuser is awaiting another diffuser (RE) to arrive before being shipped; I'm not comfortable shipping diffusers solo. Body parts don't fare well being shipped solo at all...a few bulky parts that can be stuck together on a palate are MUCH more likely to withstand the trip to the US undamaged...

 

Oh.. Ok.. I was beginning to wonder the speed of the boat! lol

Yeah, it was pretty quick. Everything came in tact, I think. Haven't opened all the boxes yet. I took one hood out and it was fine, the other boxes were in fine condition so I assume the other hoods are ok. Bumper is fine too.

BTW, I had no idea that bumper was a 2 piece bumper. That was an interesting surprise. I pulled out the small pice from the box and just said "what the hell is this?" at first I thought it had broken or you had sent me a wrong item. I finished unpacking the bumper and then it made sense.

 

That's the FDNewbie Imports special my man LOL. Won't get that anywhere else
