dhahlen like I said, the wheels turn slowly in Japan. The stuff was packed up and dropped off at the port. It had to be stacked and set on palates, wrapped, was pulled aside to be inspected by Customs, then was loaded onto the container and scheduled to leave on the next ship. Plz be patient. I'd appreciate we keep the smart remarks to a minimum, as some of ya have made you fair share already

So why weren't we told that it would take this long? I would've paid for shipping directly from Japan if I had known it was going to take over 3 months. You've had my twins since late May and they're JUST now getting shipped out.

i suggest u get somone on the payroll, just to do all these time wasting things. like checking updates and chasing orders. that'll save u more time and alot more energy to improve ur service and UR LIFE!!!

That's a great idea, minus the assumption that this is a high profit business lol. The margins are very low b/c everyone wants everything top quality for bottom dollar prices and w/ overnight turnaround. There are only a handful of ppl who are really willing to pay the big $$s for the real deal and know what that entails. So don't like the hype fool ya. If I was makin that much money, I'd consider a career change
