His attempt to resolve "my issue" originally was to tell me tough luck.

Going out of his way?

He hasen't even followed through with his promise to send me replacement parts, that he admitted were broken before he shipped my seats.

He also never disclosed that there were holes in the seat fabrick prior to shipping.

He has to send or reply to my messages for me to respond. I haven't heard a peep from him in months

The ball is in his court & has been since July. Lots of talk, no action.
