they are indeed 15's. 15x8 -10, 15x7 +0.

i need legit non-blown suspension to go lower. these old Tein HR's suck mean *****. no monnies though so the FC's gonna keep sitting as is bouncing on hard on the freeways.

i'd like to ONE DAY have the stock lip just a tad bit closer to the floor like you kitted guys. but it's pretty brutal driving around speed bumps and such as is.

I think it needs more dish. But, with what you've got, I agree, looks good. And it's in-the-******* dumped.

PBM are good but if you want ride quality don't buy coilovers
ive daily driven the car on coils for the last 3 years.
i know ride quality sucks with coils its just some ride better than others
d2's in my friends s13 and on anothers is300 ride super nice but i mean if their breaking in half under track use than screw that.
i might go with them powered by max.

daviticus:
look for blitz 03's with mega dishes on this car soon

Powered by max are kind of stiff, but you can get lower spring rates for them so it won't be as bad.

the harshness experianced with PBM's has nothing to do with spring rate..

all the off-the-shelf coilvoers run basically the same spring rate. if you can feel a difference between stances and megans (for example), that should tell you something.

yes valving.

****** ay! My stances on full soft feel no more bumpy than the stock suspension on my speed3. I was blown away by that.

no ones car is lower in the front than mine on 18's with 40 series tire. wheel is laying on frame rail

i need to ditch balloon tire to get frame clearance at this height. (or notch the rail higher)

going to add 1 ride height collar to the fronts, and cut some of the extra rear seams, hammer it up (or straight clearance it) and re-weld it.
HOPEFULLY 35 series front tires, and a ride height collar will suffice though.

do you plan on being competitive with this setup? or are you just doing it just to look the freshest?

i want to get some photos of it nice looking & fitted once i get it all back together. i'm sure it'll drive like **** at this height. but honestly at the last height (1.5" higher) steering was always good feeling, so who knows. either way last time i had rubbing issues, and it needs some added clearance. plus the wheels rub super hard at lock so i need to address all that.

the car won't even drive at this height. let alone turn, so collar, smaller tires, and see where i'm at and go from there. if it needs to be raised it will be.

1.5" higher will make a big difference for suspension travel and overall feel.. i understand hard parking and wanting to get some dope shots.. just making sure you're going to have the best setup for doing well, not just looking hard!!

thanks man. i've just never had cool photos of my car looking nice. i'm really looking forward to it. i always ended up smashing it up, or breaking wheel studs in spacers so there was always SOMETHING off...

i'm sure the 35 series tire will suck being smaller sidewall/more stiff. i've been looking for soft tires in 215/35/18 but it's hard to find... i want something softer up front this season so i can add camber like you said awhile back.

i honestly wish i could find a deal on RPF1s so i could do the 17/18 stagger, but no money has me stuck running the dish wheels again.. i've been scouting the AME's alot so maybe when/if i get money together mid season i'll snag some tm-02's.

the main thing i'm bummed about is my crazy tie rod angles... i cant move the rack up much (not that i want to even bother) since the front cover is already like resting on it..

disregard the jack chillen
